customer purchased wedding invites from the third party but the envelopes nkly form us. the agent expressed willingness to assist but no empathizing. but she also provided the customer with reordering for envelopes and paid for them. she did well but could have been more empathetic,(alisha w) agent could have finished this call earlier. the call was prolonged because of the unnecessary solutions and questions agent was asking. the first solution would be to give her some envelopes and get a promo code to cover the cost because we are at fault.customer did not need to pay for the RAP.
